Kickboxing Styles We Teach
As students progress, they are introduced to recognised kickboxing rule sets used in competition.
Light Continuous
Continuous rounds with controlled contact, focusing on movement, combinations, and fitness.
Full Contact
Traditional full-contact kickboxing using punches and kicks above the waist, building power and conditioning.
Low Leg
Adds controlled low kicks, increasing tactical depth and realism while improving balance and resilience.
K-1 Style
A modern ruleset combining punches, kicks, and knees, emphasising pressure and ring control.
